Usage Note
Karneng tupa combines karne (meat) and tupa (sheep) for mutton. It is not a traditional staple in Filipino cuisine and rarely appears in local markets, but is found in Middle Eastern or international restaurants and is used by Muslim Filipino communities in certain dishes.
